Had Doug Turner Plumbing come out to diagnose/repair a leak under our kitchen sink. They were on-time, courteous, were able to diagnose a rather strange problem and fixed it. Overall took about 5 hours, and they were committed to getting the problem solved, which they did. The service technician, Chris, was knowledgeable, methodical and friendly.

Mitch at Doug Turner Plumbing came to our rescue very quickly today when our sewer line clogged. Mitch is absolutely so knowledgeable of plumbing because that was one stubborn clog! We considered the bill most reasonable for the time and our own continuing education of plumbing issues. Thank you Mitch for your excellent work and great rapport.

I usually do not bother with reviews, but the experience i had when calling this company is worth sharing.
New home owner trying to save some money with a small repair with the help of YouTube. Started at 5 pm, What I thought to be a 15-30 minute fix turned into panic. It was about 8:30 PM when I called this company. Showed real concern from the moment I called. I also really want to thank the plumber who helped me. Mr. Brandon, from me and my family, thank you sir!

This was my first time using Doug Turner Plumbing and i was very impressed with their entire team. Tyler and Jacob were the most professional plumbers i have ever dealt with. They thoroughly explained everything throughout their evaluation and brought me it to show me exactly what they were finding along with their diagnosis and recommendations. I will definitely be using Doug Turner in the future and i highly recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber.
